After a very successful Winter Select season, the WC Yetis faced a tough bracket in the EOY tournament with an extra game needed to make the finals.  Yetis went on to beat several Davis teams in the constant rain, as well as teams from Manteca, Winters, and Turlock to take the Championship.  Nick Custer was a relentless force on offense, Cian Malone made transitions and marked opposing players with tenacity, and Chris Gunter refused to let anyone past the defense.  Every player all year maximized their potential, changed up formations on the fly, and showed incredible camaraderie and sportsmanship all season.  Simply a tremendous experience for all (even had every player score).  A great year for Walnut Creek soccer with both U12B teams finishing in the top-3 of a 17-team region!!
