WCSC ‘O4 Blue Premier Girls finished top 10 in NorCal State Cup this past weekend. After getting into the Top 32 teams, they finished 2nd in their bracket behind MVLA’s pre-ECNL team. In this group they defeated DeAnza Force South and tied Cal Odyssey.  Their 2nd place finish put them into the Top 9-16 State Cup bracket (Premier 1) in the third and final round.  Here the girls defeated DeAnza Force North, 2-1, in the Quarterfinals; and then defeated Lamorinda United,  2-1, in a nail biting Semi-Final match. Unfortunately, the victories ended against Mustang Pre-ECNL in the Finals of the Premier 1 bracket. Overall the girls finished 10th out of 156 total teams in the event.  Well done, ladies!!
