Adam ‘Coop’ Cooper, Saint Mary’s College Men’s Head Coach and our WCSC College Advisor, hosted our first College Workshop for the 2017/18 season last week. The event is for our high school aged players who are looking for information and guidance on the college process both academically and athletically.  45 WCSC players, along with parents and coaches, were in attendance and all walked away with a greater understanding on how to navigate this important path.
Players learned how to:
-Identify Colleges
-NCAA Rules Education
-Coach/Player Communication
-Academic/Athletic hurdles
-Letter Writing
The night was a huge success and we are very thankful for the work Coach Coop does on behalf of our players!
College Workshop #2 will be held in October.
