WCSC Coach Sissi on FIFA Panel and Featured in Top 10 Memorable World Cup Moments!
When FIFA looks to create the list of top International Award nominee’s, they look to their Soccer Legends to help shape those lists. A panel of the top male and female players from the past were brought together to help choose the 2017 Nominee’s for ‘The Best” Male and Female Players and Coaches. Meanwhile, the shortlists for the women’s awards were created by an expert women’s football panel (Mia Hamm, Maia Jackman, Nadine Kessler, Jacqueline Shipanga, Sissi and Sun Wen). Sissi’s Goal is #8 on the Top 10 Women’s World Cup Moments
This was a tremendous goal during the 1999 Women’s World Cup Quarterfinal match with Nigeria. The game was tied 3-3 in Overtime and Sissi’s brilliant Free Kick goal took Brazil to the Semi-Finals. Read the Article and see the clip!
