03B Blue team took 2nd place at the Nomads tournament in San Diego
The Boys 03 Blue team took 2nd place at the Nomads tournament in San Diego over Thanksgiving weekend. The 28-team field was from all over the west. The boys allowed only 4 goals in the tournament. In a very exciting quarter final game won in shots from the mark. In the final game after 5 very hard fought close games earlier in the weekend the boys played a very good team from Cerritos to a 1-1 tie at the end of regulation, scoring the only goal against them in the whole tournament. Unfortunately let in a loose ball in front of the goal. This was a great ending to a very successful fall season for the team. Nice job!!
