Walnut Creek Surf Soccer Club is collecting nominations for the Annual Club Service Award to recognize an individual volunteer who has made a significant impact to the club. Please nominate anyone whom you feel exemplifies our club’s mission to:

Enrich the community by developing athletes with a strong foundation of skills to play at any level, providing our players and families an environment that focuses on teaching life lessons, and building a love for soccer.

We will be accepting nominations via this form until Friday Nov. 2 . The winner and recipient will be recognized at the AGM Meeting on Nov. 5. If you have any questions please email: secretary@wcsc.org
